TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

MINIMUM ORDERS
Crazy K Farm Pet & Poultry Products, LLC. has no minimum orders values. We welcome orders of all sizes.

PLACING AN ORDER
Ordering can be made via our wholesale portal or by phone or email. You can call i orders to our customer service department at 800-980-4165 or email orders to support@crazykfarm.com.

WHOLESALE PRICING
Wholesale pricing is listed on our wholesale portal and updated regularly. We encourage retailers to check in frequently for pricing updates and sales. All retailers are required to agree to and adhere to our MAP Agreement below. We have the following volume discounts available:

5% - 250-499 units
10% - 500-999 units
15% - 1000+ units

MINIMUM PURCHASE

Crazy K Farm has a minimum order of 250.00 US Dollars for all wholesale accounts.

RETURNS
All wholesale purchases are final. We do accept returns for defective goods. Defective items must be in new condition and in original packaging. If an item is identified as defective please call us at 800-980-4165 or email to support@crazykfarm.com to setup a return and receive an RMA number which must be included with the return. Items received without a return authorization will not be processed.

PAYMENT
Invoices are sent once products have shipped. All retail customers are required to pay when orders are shipped. All wholesale customers must have a credit card on file. You are welcome to call in your credit card number for payment. Please do not email your payment information to us. You are welcome to keep a credit card number on file with us for future orders. If your company has an established purchase history with Crazy k Farm Pet & Poultry Products, LLC. you are welcome to request NET terms. To do so, please contact us via email at support@crazykfarm.com with you request and we will be happy to review you account.

LATE PAYMENT
Invoices that are past due will be assessed a 3% late fee at 7 days past due and an additional 5% late fee every 7 days on the past due invoice amount until the invoice has been paid in full.

DELIVERY
Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Most orders are processed and shipped much sooner. If you need date definite delivery, please include the requested delivery date on your order. By default, we choose the most economical shipping method to your delivery address. If you have a specific shipping service request, please include that in the notes on your order.

MAP AGREEMENT

Effective March 19, 2014, Retailers of products manufactured by Crazy K Farm Pet and Poultry Products, LLC must adhere to a Minimum Advertised Price policy (MAP policy.) These MAP prices are unilaterally determined by Crazy K Farm Pet and Poultry Products, LLC to preserve the integrity of the Crazy K Farm Pet and Poultry Products, LLC name brand. Advertising Crazy K Farm Pet and Poultry Products, LLC brand products at prices below the minimum advertised price (MSRP) is prohibited. This MAP policy is not intended to be, nor shall it be construed to be, an agreement as to the minimum prices at which Retailers may sell Crazy K Farm Pet and Poultry Products, LLC products. Retailers must determine at their sole discretion the price at which they will sell Crazy K Farm Pet and Poultry Products, LLC products. However, if Crazy K Farm Pet and Poultry Products, LLC determines at its sole discretion that a Retailer has advertised a Crazy K Farm Pet and Poultry Products, LLC product in a Retail publication or on the Internet at a price below that set in the current MAP price list, Crazy K Farm Pet and Poultry Products, LLC will cancel all orders placed by the Retailer in violation of the MAP Policy. Additionally, Crazy K Farm Pet and Poultry Products, LLC may refuse to accept new orders from the Retailer and/or at its sole discretion, cancel the Retailer’s contract with Crazy K Farm Pet and Poultry Products, LLC.

If a particular Crazy K Farm Pet and Poultry Products, LLC product does not appear on the current MAP listing, then there is no minimum advertised price for that product. Upon introduction of any new Crazy K Farm Pet and Poultry Products, LLC product, we will notify Retailers of the applicable MAP for that product via this wholesale website.
For the purpose of the Crazy K Farm Pet and Poultry Products, LLC MAP Policy, all Retail media, including print advertising (inserts, magazines, catalogs, newspapers, etc.), faxes, radio announcements, direct mailings, television advertising, advertising on the Internet, including but not limited to Retailer Web sites, Banner ads, Auction Sites and broadcasts E-mails are considered “advertising.” Electronic mail sent in direct response to a customer inquiry, in tradeshow, in store displays, in-store banners and in- store price markings of Crazy K Farm Pet and Poultry Products, LLC brand products are not considered to be advertising.

This MAP Policy does not extend to a Retailer’s actual resale price, which Retailers set at their sole discretion.
